4 Super foods for Brain

The human brain is an absolute workhorse! It regulates your body, remembers things, and does pretty much everything that makes us humans. Omega-3s are that famous kid from the other class that everybody loves. You have to acquire it from food sources as it is an essential fat. It is a blessing for all the vegetarians who don’t prefer animal-based Omega-3 sources. Omega-3 is excellent at reducing the risk of heart disease.

Broccoli:

Now coming back to the stuff that is a game-changer for you albeit tastes like something you would rather avoid. In simple words, broccoli is a nutrition bonanza. Vitamins, minerals, fibers, antioxidants; you name it, broccoli has got it. It is rich with protein, fiber, Vitamin C, Vitamin A, Vitamin K, Vitamin B9, potassium, phosphorus, and selenium.
